
HardCore Pilates is a fully equipped studio offering group mat and equipment classes, private and semi-private instruction. Pilates is an innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. The Pilates Method is designed to bring the body to its maximum physical potential incorporating three main elements; building strength, improving length in the muscles, and increasing range of motion in the joints. Each movement is designed to move from your center, resulting in increased awareness and strength in the abdominals and muscles of the back. In a non-stressful workout routine, the client works toward improving their overall physical health and performance, whilst gaining a deeper understanding of posture and alignment and an increased sense of mental wellbeing.
