Class Descriptions 

TRX Pilates
Using suspended straps and your own body weight you will build muscle and endurance in this high energy cardio based class.

Wake and Rise
Prepare the body for the transition from resting to rising. The class will begin with exercises that focus on stretching and lengthening the body and then transition to exercises that focus on engaging all the major muscle groups, core, glutes, legs, and arms. Pre-registration only (12 hours in advance).


Beginner Mat
For the complete newbie or the oldie looking for a refresher, this traditional mat class teaches you the principles so fundamental to Pilates; balance, control, centre, precision, fluidity and breath.

Beginner Reformer
The perfect introduction to the most versatile piece of Pilates equipment. Learn the basic exercises necessary to achieve what we consider to be the perfect workout.

Springboard
This class takes traditional Tower exercises and translates them to the mat.  A wonderful way to enhance your mat routine.

Open Level Mat
Great for those with no injuries this class will challenge you and work muscles you never knew you had.

Open Level Reformer
Challenging, precise and fun, the reformer will take your Pilates routine to a whole new level. Great for the more confident client or those free from injury.
