Beginner Mat
For the complete newbie or the oldie looking for a refresher, this traditional mat class teaches you the principles so fundamental to Pilates; balance, control, centre, precision, fluidity, and breath.

Beginner Reformer
The perfect introduction to the most versatile piece of Pilates equipment. Learn the basic excercises necessary to achieve what we consider to be the perfect workout.

Tower Mat
Using the Pilates Stick, this class takes traditional Tower excercises and translates them to the mat. A wonderful way to enhance your mat routine.

Open Level Mat
Great for those with no injuries, this class will challenge you and work musccles you never knew you had.

Open Level Reformer
Challenging, precise, and fun, the reformer will take your Pilates routine to a whole new level. Great for the more confident client or those free from injury.
