We are pleased to announce that we now offer online booking. You can book space in our group classes or view an instructors schedule to book an appointment. Click on the webscheduler and follow the simple directions to login and reserve a class. Once on the webscheduler site, you can choose the location where you wish to book your appointment. Credit cards are now accepted online so you can book and pay in one simple step. Easy peasy!

Please note that same day cancellations or no shows will be charged for as it does not leave enough time for the class to be filled. We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
